Primarily used to make home fried potatoes AND is used throughout the book, Daddys Breakfast Bible.

It is also a versitale, all purpose seasoning that is awsome on roast chicken, steak  - anything you want to make taste better.....

This will be an important arsenal of spices to make cooking delicious and easy!

The individual ingredients can be adjusted to suit your needs and tastes.

Try it my way first - When you mix this you are shooting for some heat left over and not too salty.

Don’t be afraid to taste it - the spice should taste good all by itself.

Feel free, I encourage you to experiment with them!

To make a small batch you’ll need:

1/2 cup of salt

1 ounce of accent flavor enhancer, if desired (recommended)

¼ cup of garlic powder

¼ cup of onion powder

¼ cup of paprika

1/8 cup of cayenne pepper

¼ cup of black pepper

¼ cup of chili powder

1 tablespoon of dried oregano, crushed

* Tip: when crushing herbs, put the amount in the palm of your hand and rub the palms of your hands together until the herb is powdery.

Mix all of the ingredients in an airtight container and use as directed or when I say.  I use an old, larger bulk spice container.

This spice is also delicious sprinkled over chicken or steaks!  You may find yourself using it on just about everything!
